Refund policy

Claims:

We are so sorry that your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong! Please notify Info@meanscarneyinteriors.com within 48 hours of receiving your item, to initiate a claim.

Please include the following information in your claim:

An image of the damage and item name

A detailed description of the damage

An image of the interior and exterior packaging

Note if you do or do not have original packaging

What you would like from your claims; (replace, repair, refund)

Our clients are responsible for noting damage on proof of delivery or missing items and notifying Means Carney Home. Make sure all items on the delivery receipt were actually received. Do not sign if you did not receive all items or make a note on the delivery receipt of the damage/missing item(s).

 

Store Credit Only:
Store Credit in the form of an eGift card is issued for items returned within 30 Days in NEW condition with original tags, original receipt and/or gift receipt. Returned items must be shipped prepaid through a trackable carrier to be able to validate delivery. COD shipments are not accepted. Return and exchange shipping costs are at customer's expense, unless through an error on our part. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Valuable items should be insured.

Exchanges and Gifts:
Items in NEW condition with original tags, and original or gift receipt may be exchanged within 30 days. A Store Credit is issued in the form of an eGift card and does not expire. You may redeem your eGift card at any of our physical store locations or online.

Final Sale Items:
Custom Upholstery, Antiques, One of a Kind Pieces, Furniture, Art, Sale, and Discounted items are Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
