Sandrine Curnyn
Sandrine is a mixed media artist whose work is rooted in her background as an interior architect. Originally from Belgium, she earned her degree in interior architecture from Institut St.-Luc in Brussels, graduating with honors. She went on to study at the Van Der Kelen-Logelain School, where she refined her understanding of perspective, composition, and surface treatments—skills that continue to inform her artistic practice today. Drawing on her design training and lifelong appreciation for materiality, Sandrine creates abstract collages using wallpaper, textiles, and other found elements. Her work explores the interplay of texture, color, and form, resulting in layered compositions that feel both structured and expressive. Each piece is an extension of her instinctive approach to beauty—balanced, textural, and deeply connected to the spaces we live in.
